Welcome to HouseCall SF. By accessing or using this website, podcast, or related content, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site

About HouseCall SF
HouseCall SF is an independent educational media platform focused on helping Bay Area healthcare professionals better understand the homebuying process. The content on this site and podcast is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. HouseCall SF does not solicit or provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, engineering, contracting, lending, medical, or real estate brokerage services through this site. Andrew Orr holds a California real estate salesperson license and is currently not affiliated with a brokerage. HouseCall SF does not offer real estate brokerage services.

Educational Content Only
The content on HouseCallSF is designed to make complex topics easier to understand, but it is general in nature and not tailored to your personal circumstances. Nothing on this site or podcast should be treated as legal, tax, financial, insurance, construction, medical, or individualized real estate advice. Before making decisions about buying a home or taking any related action, you should consult qualified professionals who can advise you based on your specific situation.

No Professional Relationship
Using this site, listening to the podcast, submitting a contact form, downloading materials, or otherwise interacting with HouseCall SF does not create any professional relationship between you and HouseCall SF or Andrew Orr. This includes, without limitation, any broker-client, agency, fiduciary, attorney-client, physician-patient, consulting, or advisory relationship.

No Reliance
We aim to provide thoughtful, useful, and accurate educational content, but the Bay Area housing market changes quickly. Laws, lending standards, insurance markets, local practices, costs, risks, and regulations can all change over time. Because of this, you should not rely solely on HouseCall SF when making financial, legal, real estate, or homebuying decisions. You are responsible for independently verifying information and seeking advice from your own professional advisors.

No Warranties
HouseCall SF is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HouseCall SF disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from errors or interruptions. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, that it will be free of bugs or technical problems, or that all information will always be current, complete, or accurate.

HouseCall SF may link to third-party websites, platforms, services, or resources, or may feature guests who discuss third-party products or services. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. A link or reference does not necessarily mean we endorse that third party unless we expressly say so.

Guests, Sponsors, and Disclosures
Opinions expressed by podcast guests are their own. From time to time, HouseCall SF may feature sponsors, advertisers, or other compensated relationships. When appropriate, those relationships will be disclosed. Sponsored content does not mean that a sponsor or guest is the right fit for your personal situation, and it should not be treated as individualized advice.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HouseCall SF, Andrew Orr, and any related owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.
