Why I started HouseCall SF
HouseCall SF grew out of my own homebuying experience as a busy physician in the Bay Area. Finding clear, trustworthy information about buying a home here felt almost impossible. The sense that no one in the process was truly looking out for me as a buyer stayed with me and led me to earn a real estate license.
Although I have a license, I am not and have no intention to be affiliated with a real estate brokerage. As a result, I do not (and cannot) represent buyers or sellers. Instead, I started HouseCall SF as a free educational podcast to share what I’ve learned from the inside to help local residents buy homes with confidence.
