Why I started HouseCall SF

Dr. Andrew Orr, physician and founder of HouseCall SF — real estate education for Bay Area healthcare professionals

A physician making sense of Bay Area real estate.

I’m Andrew, a Bay Area physician who got my real estate license after realizing how confusing and stressful the homebuying process can feel, especially for first time homebuyers trying to navigate it alongside an already busy life.

I am not affiliated with a real estate brokerage, do not practice real estate, and started HouseCall SF to share practical, trustworthy guidance with anyone trying to buy a home in the Bay Area who may be facing the same challenges that I encountered.
